About

Geoff and LizHi, my name’s Geoff Robson. I’m a Christian (of the reformed, evangelical variety), husband to the beautiful Liz, and daddy to Johanna (12), Will (10), Tom (8) and Zoë (3). I was born and raised in Sydney, Australia, and have worked as a pastor of churches in both Australia and New Zealand. These days, I’m a full-time TSCF regional staff worker with the Christian Union at the University of Canterbury (in Christchurch, NZ), where I aim to share the good news of Jesus with students – and anyone else who’ll listen (which is what this blog is for). I also spend some time working as an editor for Matthias Media, a Christian publishing company based in Sydney. I’m the author of The Book of Books, I write for various other websites and publications, and I blog over at Does God Make Sense?

In case you’re interested in this kind of stuff, I’m a fan of the Chicago Bulls and all things basketball, my Kindle, The West Wing, Indian food, watching almost any kind of sport, and pretending that I actually have time to do all of the above. I hope you find something enjoyable and interesting on the blog – whether you’re already a follower of Jesus, or just considering who he is and what it would mean to have him as part of your life.

  1. Hi Geoff

I’m actually writing to seek permission to re-post one of your blog articles to our online magazine for Baptists in Victoria (Australia). You can find us at buv.com.au/witness The article I’m referring to is: Never Give up on Evanelism which I read on churchleaders.com.

We would run the article with the following proposed acknowledgement (or any other wording you would like to provide?):

This article appeared on churchleaders.com in August 2013.
